Refund policy

All sales are final.

Because each item is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error.


📦 Order Fulfillment

All items are prepared and shipped directly from our Oxford distribution location.

Items may require up to 7 business days for production and handling before shipment, depending on demand. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note: Shipping timelines displayed at checkout refer to transit time after shipment and do not include production time.


⚠️ Exceptions (Production or Fulfillment Errors Only)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

If a defect is confirmed, we will process your replacement or refund without requiring you to return the original item.

In rare cases where a return is required for inspection, we will provide specific instructions and cover the cost of return shipping for verified defects.

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please carefully review the size guide before ordering.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
